Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) — to request deletion of data;

Right to object to processing;
Right to data portability.

How to exercise your rights

Send a written request to info@algarveurlaub.pt, identifying yourself and indicating the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within a maximum of 30 days.

5. Data Transfer

Personal data is not transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) without adequate protection guarantees, as required by GDPR.

6. Data Breaches

In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to the rights and freedoms of data subjects, Algarve Urlaub will notify the CNPD within 72 hours and inform the affected data subjects, in accordance with Article 33 of the GDPR.

7. Supervisory Authority
