The drive to Carvoeiro takes no more than 10 minutes, and the village offers plenty for tourists, especially in summer when the festivities are lively and varied. Carvoeiro Beach is located in the centre of the village. Restaurants, bars and many small shops invite you to stroll through the lively streets. Supermarkets such as Intermarché and Apolonia are easily reached by car.
