The booking is only confirmed upon receipt of 30% of the total amount.
The remaining balance must be paid 60-45 days before the check-in date. For bookings made less than 30 days in advance, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.
Payment will be made by bank transfer to a Euro account.
2 people per bedroom is the maximum capacity, unless otherwise agreed.
Pets are not allowed, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation refunds:
- Cancellation more than 60 days in advance: full refund of deposit
- Cancellation between 30 and 60 days: loss of 50% of deposit
- Cancellation less than 30 days: total loss of deposit/payment
Cleaning service: 1× per week, towel change 1× per week, linen change after 7 days of occupancy.
A security deposit of €250 to €700 must be provided before arrival by separate transfer, and will be returned after property inspection.
Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.
Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW) — Breakage fee: €6 per person, non-refundable. Covers accidental damage up to €300. Damage due to negligence or intentional acts will incur additional costs.
